Jen Mirmira, AMFT #144523
Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

If you’re here reading this, you are probably seeking support in this next phase of life, whether that’s healing, discovery, or transition. I will sit with you in our sessions using a warm, non-judgemental approach, ready to get collaborative with you. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space in which you gain insight and feel understood. Building from that understanding, we’ll work together to focus on goals that are important to you and move toward meaningful change.

In addition to working with individuals, I specialize in couples therapy, including working with high-conflict couples and those dealing with infidelity or ruptures. I draw from emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method to help couples reconnect, rebuild trust, and foster a deeper emotional bond. Whether you're facing challenges in communication, trust, or intimacy, I am here to guide you toward a more connected and fulfilling relationship.

I graduated with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University and completed a research-based psychotherapy training program focused on supporting strong therapy outcomes for clients. I have received training in emotionally focused therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Schema Therapy, as well as other trauma-informed and attachment-based modalities. I have experience working with trauma, chronic illness, grief, intense worry, addiction, major life transitions, depression, and social anxiety, among other issues.
