  • We do not currently accept or direct bill any insurance companies or health maintenance organizations for my services.

    Philosophically, we believe that sharing your treatment information with insurance providers may jeopardize your confidentiality and privacy and can have unintended adverse effects.

    Should you wish to submit your expenses for reimbursement, we will provide a statement called a "superbill" to assist you in being reimbursed. Payment remains the responsibility of the client.

  • Yes. Clients should know, however, that many of our providers work from a transdiagnostic or even non-diagnostic model of psychological distress. We believe labels like anxiety, depression, and stress are broad generalizations of distressful symptoms. Our work together is aimed at reducing or eliminating the distress.

  • Yes! We work with couples and adult individuals on issues causing distress in their relationships or affecting their ability to have healthy relationships.

  • No. Our practice is designed to be as client-friendly as possible, and, as such, is 100% online. Appointments may be scheduled regularly or as needed.

  • Yes. In your initial free consultation, you and your provider can discuss whether psychotherapy or coaching services are more appropriate for you depending on your jurisdiction and specific needs. While coaching and therapy may share many similarities, coaching may be inappropriate if more serious mental health issues are present.

  • Our intention is to make supervision affordable. If you are in a volunteer/unpaid placement, the fee is $100/hour for individual supervision and $75/hour for triadic supervision.
