MFT Relational/Systemic Supervision.
Lynndal supervises from more than one perspective and matches the approach to the supervisee. As program clinical supervisor for the Sentio MFT program, and for other marriage and family therapy trainees and associates who want it, he provides MFT relational/systemic supervision as defined in the COAMFTE Accreditation Standards: supervision that develops the clinical competencies and professional growth of the supervisee, consistent with the relational/systemic philosophy, ethics and practices of the marriage and family therapy profession. This supervision draws on observable data, including video recordings of sessions. Associates and trainees in other disciplines, and those whose programs do not require relational/systemic supervision, receive supervision grounded in the frameworks of their own training. Both are available in individual, triadic and group formats.
