A psychotherapist, licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California, I also hold Board Certified Coach and Board Certified Telemental Health Provider credentials through the Center for Credentialing and Education.
I graduated from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (Sofia University) in 1996 with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and have been working in the field of personal transformation and change for over two decades.
My goal is to work from a perspective of “not knowing” which allows me to work with you without my assumptions and beliefs about what’s best for you getting in the way. I see our work together as co-explorers with myself holding the flashlight as you navigate difficult terrain and explore your inner landscape…making the changes that you need to make as the expert on your life.
Psychotherapy
Something in your life is not the way you want it to be and it is distressing you. I specialize in brief, as needed online psychotherapy for individual adults and couples and work from an orientation centered on you which focuses on strengths, future goals and expectations.
I see myself as a specialist in asking questions while you, the expert on your own life, are the specialist in the development of the content of any solution.
Coaching
In Coaching, there is also a focus on strengths, future goals and expectations. In other words, it’s a focus on what you want your ideal life to look like and how that’s different than what it looks like now. We work online together to help you make your life more the way you want it to be.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, I am available for individual and group supervision.
